HOOVER BUILDING SYSTEMS, INC. WARRANTS
THE BUILDINGS WHICH THEY ERECT AS FOLLOWS:
Forty (40) years on treated lumber, will repair or replace any treated
lumber that fails due to insect attack or decay.
Twenty-five (25) years on all colored metal panels, will replace or
repaint, free of charge, colored panels on which the paint has seperated
from the panel due to peeling, cracking or excess chalking (inexcess
of a numerical rating of six when measured in accordance with the
standard procedure specified in ASTM D 659), fade or change of color
in excess of five units of color difference when measured in accordance
with the standard procedure specified in ASTM D 2244.
Five (5) years to repair, free of charge, any roof leaks due to workmanship
or defects in materials; except those occurring where the building
is connected to a different structure. |
